RESURGO Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing RESURGO. We stand behind the quality of everything we make and want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. Please review our return policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for unopened products only.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with the seal intact
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order
  • The customer must have purchased a 2-pack or more, OR opted into a subscription where multiple units were received

This policy is designed for customers who tried one bottle and have additional unopened bottles they no longer need — not for single-unit trial purchases.

 No Returns on Opened Products

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used products. Once the seal is broken or the bottle has been opened, the item is no longer eligible for a refund. This protects all of our customers and allows us to uphold the quality standards RESURGO is built on.

 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund

Please allow 3–7 business days for your refund to appear on your statement.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective. If your product arrived damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Reason for return
  • Photo of the unopened product (if requested)

📌 Important Notes

  • Unauthorized returns, returns sent without contacting us first, or returns sent outside the 30-day window will not be accepted
  • Sale items and subscription renewals are not eligible for return unless defective
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above
